I build privacy-first technology for a living, so it would be strange if this site did not hold to the same standard. Here is exactly what it collects, why, and how to have it removed. Plain language, no surprises.

Who runs this site

This is the personal site of Mary Camacho. I am the person responsible for any data it collects. If you have a question about your privacy here, reach me through the contact form and it comes straight to me.

The contact form

If you fill out the contact form, you send me your first name, last name, email address, an optional subject, and your message. I use that information for one purpose: to read what you wrote and reply, and to follow up with you if the conversation continues.

That information is stored in a CRM I own and operate, running on Cirdia's infrastructure. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or third-party marketers. I keep it only as long as it is useful for staying in touch with you, and I remove it when you ask.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Nothing is stored on your device to track you, here or across other sites.

Analytics

I use Plausible to understand, in aggregate, which pages people read. Plausible is a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service hosted in the European Union. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not build a profile of you. I see counts and trends, not individuals.

Your rights, and how to delete your data

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it entirely. Send the request through the contact form — it comes straight to me, and I will remove your information from my CRM and confirm when it is done. No third party in the middle.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If you ever want to reach me about anything on this page, the contact form lands with me.
